Reflection of the Mind

My mind is racing, tired from the process.

My mind is calm, blank, and lonely.

Waiting for relief, waiting for something to give.

My body who is not aware of the endless battle I face.

A battle I seem to be loosing, of faith and positivity.

Eyes start to wey and water, ears itch, and head throbs.

My mind tries to count sheep, listen to ocean waves, birds chirping.

I pray my thoughts will subside.

The day only begins when one gets rest,
