Monday Dose of Truth

Happy Monday! I hope your work week started off OK and even if it didn’t go as smoothly as you hoped for so far with a little help from the man upstairs things I’m sure things will turn around for the better. Jesus can help you and He wants to help you if you have faith, be steadfast in prayer (no matter what life throws your way), read the bible, and don’t forget to help others. Sometimes if you take the focus off of us and put the focus more on other things seem to slowly fall into place.

Remember don’t let the devil get you down and steer you away from the truth. Many people claim to “know God” or to be “a child of God” however doesn’t believe in the Bible or the prophecies that go with it. I am not an expert or a scholar on the subject but I know for fact scriptures are the WORD OF GOD. People who think they know better than God I pray one day will see the truth and the error to their sinful ways.

Here are some encouraging biblical scriptures below to help you get through the rest of your Monday. Remember to read, pray for understanding, and to share with others who might appreciate that extra boost of positivity:

  1. ‘but they that wait for Jehovah shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.’ Isaiah 40:31
  2. ‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end. And ye shall call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. ‘ Jeremiah 29:11-12
  3. ‘being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ: ‘ Philippians 1:6
  4. ‘and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us. ‘ Romans 5:5
  5. ‘And we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose. For whom he foreknew, he also foreordained to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren: ‘ Romans 8:28-29
  6. ‘Brethren, I count not myself yet to have laid hold: but one thing I do , forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. ‘ Philippians 3:13-14
  7. ‘For our light affliction, which is for the moment, worketh for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.’ 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

Please don’t get discouraged because Jesus is always on your side. It doesn’t matter what you have been through or done in your life He loves you! I hope these scriptures gave you some comfort and hope for your week ahead.

God bless you all.
